The Details
As a trusted supplier for Punchestown for over 10 years, our team had the privilege of providing top-quality event equipment and services to enhance the already exhilarating atmosphere at this prestigious horse racing venue from 25th April to 29th April.
HireAll supplied a dedicated Project Management team that were responsible for project planning, logistics and on-site installation. In addition, all our electrical equipment was PAT tested prior to dispatch and our team of Maintenance Engineers were on site to support the installation and test the equipment.

Our team supplied a range of top-tier event essentials, including crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, service equipment and commercial dishwashers. We serviced areas including the Panoramic Restaurant, Suites, Festival Pavilion and Grandstand.
Tables & Tableware
- For Crockery, we supplied our highly popular, sophisticated Arctic White Range to elevate the dining setting. Cutlery consisted of our contemporary and elegant Arcade Range, whilst Glassware comprised of our Cabernet Red Wine Glass 12oz, Cabernet White Wine Glass 8oz, alongside our diverse range of Beer Glasses.

Catering Equipment
Our catering equipment included the Hood Dishwasher with Pre Rinse Sink & Table, which was used to wash glassware in the Festival Pavilion, and the Jack Stack Plate Rack to hold plated dishes in advance of serving.
Buffetware
We also supplied a wide range of buffetware throughout the event, including chafer units that kept dishes warm, to stylish serving bowls that enhanced the presentation of culinary creations, and a variety of table number stands, trays, and condiments to complete the buffet setup.
And our commitment to exceeding expectations extended beyond our equipment, we also supplied our dedicated and experienced team of Logistics professionals who managed onsite deliveries and collections. Our staff worked closely with our client to ensure that all requests were promptly met to ensure a flawless guest experience.
