Flexible Delivery & Returns
At HireAll we operate our own dedicated transport fleet and can offer delivery and returns (collection post event). We also offer click & collect service and also a collection service from our depot you can find details here
Delivery charges
Delivery and collection charges in the Dublin area start from €75 (ex VAT) for orders booked online. This rate is on based on a van delivery during normal business hours. For orders booked directly with the customer service team the price will be determined by the order size and the number of vehicles required to deliver the order. For destinations outside of Dublin deliveries are calculated on a cost per km basis. For further information please call our customer service team on 01 295 3821.
I just need delivery / collection one way.
You can choose delivery or collection one way and either return goods or collect goods from the Hireall depot. For a one-way delivery or collection with the Dublin area rates a one-way rate will apply. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a one way drop with online bookings.
Can I book a delivery time slot?
We can schedule a morning or afternoon delivery for you. Our driver will phone you approximately one hour in advance of delivery.
Same day delivery
We have limited availability for same day delivery. This will depend on stock availability, size of order and transport availability. Please call our customer service team to discuss further. There is also an option to collect the order from our depot.
Saturday Delivery
We deliver between approximately 8:30am and 12:30pm on Saturdays.
Hire period.
Our hire charge is based on a three-day period, covering supply on one working day, use on the next day and return on the third working day. Any extended hires must be agreed and quoted in advance. For further information please call our customer service team on 01 295 3821.
