Ensure your chosen venue is large enough for your expected number of attendees
Of course, this guide seeks to help you maximise the space, however, a good starting point is selecting an appropriately sized venue for your guest list.
Create a floor plan
Lay out the details of where everything is located, including bars, toilets the stage, etc. By doing this, you’ll be able to decipher where space can be optimised.
Choose your furniture wisely
We recommend opting for furniture that is both easily stackable and moveable, such as folding tables or chairs.
