Hireall were proud to supply the recent Horizon Irish Open 2023, held at the K Club from September 7th to 10th.
The Irish open is the most important event on the Irish golfing calendar. With over 90,000 enthusiastic attendees, we at Hireall were committed to providing an unforgettable experience.
Pulling in sell-out crowds, Scouting for Girls also took centre stage, with the popular Irish rock group The Stunning headlining the main stage after the Sunday play, wrapping the weekend up in style.
The areas Hireall supplied included the following:
Office Transformation:
Our team overhauled 80 offices, furnishing the space with an array of desks, office chairs, cabinets, fridges, and lounge furniture, transforming the workspace.
Seating:
With over 3000 eager spectators attending, providing ample seating was a key consideration.
Premium Hospitality:
Key areas included the premium hospitality areas – The Terrace, Green on 18th, Horizon Suite, Members Club, Emirates Suite and the Dubai Duty-Free Suite. These spaces were furnished to perfection with our range of furniture. featuring everything from Flow Tables and Cube Pod Tables to Bentwood Chairs and Walnut Square Pod Tables , as well as our Volt barstools, Capri range, Club range and so much more.
Outdoors:
The outdoor areas were transformed into inviting spaces with over 1,500 pieces of furniture, from family-friendly picnic benches to our Regatta Outdoor Bistro Table and Regatta Outdoor Bistro Chairs , creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Food and Beverages:
We supplied crockery, cutlery, glassware, and buffet ware to cater to over 1000 guests.
Catering
From dishwashers to stainless steel tables and deep-fat fryers, Hireall ensured that the catering operations ran smoothly.
On-Course: The public areas on the golf course were fitted with benches, wooden barrels, steel barrels, and Regatta bistro furniture .
Exhibition Stands: The public village featured Hireall’s tables, chairs, lounge furniture, and reception desks, creating an inviting space for everyone to explore.
The public dining and exhibition area included seating for approximately 1000 people, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
Coordinating a full furniture and equipment installation across 200 individual areas is no small feat, but Hireall’s experienced team ensured a flawless execution.
We were proud to be selected by K Club to supply the Irish Open. With over 15 years of experience working with the DP World Tour (formerly known as the European Tour), we ensured that every detail, from setup to on-site operations, was executed well. Working closely with the DP World Tour team ensured the event was a success.
